1. Through this petition the petitioners seek quashing of orders dated 20.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 through which respondent No. 4-Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Dehlon, District Ludhiana has required the petitioners to vacate the land in question within two days or face legal proceedings.
2. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that even if, in pursuance to the afore referred two orders, the petitioners do not vacate the land in question, they shall not be forcibly evicted but proceeded against with regard to their eviction, in accordance with law.
3. In the light of the above statement, learned counsel of the petitioners, at this stage, does not press the instant petition.
4. Dismissed as not pressed.
