This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.8.2024 by which the plaintiff-petitioner has been directed to amend the plaint regarding valuation and court fees of the suit on the ground that since the relief claimed in the plaint is of cancellation of a sale deed, the suit has to be valued as per the market value of the land as well as the court fees is to be paid under the amended Section 7(iv)(a) of the Court-Fees Act, 1870 as amended in U.P. The appeal filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed by the order dated 11.7.2025. 2. In my view, no illegality has been committed by the courts below. 3. The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed. September 9, 2025 S.
