By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representation dated 20.06.2025 before the 3 rd respondent, to survey the petitioner's property and fix boundary stones, the same has not been considered by the 3 rd respondent so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the 3 rd respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated

The 3 rd respondent is directed to conduct survey; demarcate the property and lay boundary stones within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if necessary, the 3 rd respondent shall get the aid of the 2 nd respondent/Police. The 2 nd respondent shall provide necessary protection to the Officials of the 3 rd respondent upon the request made by the 3 rd respondent in this regard. 7.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
