Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for State- respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to restrain the respondent Nos. 4 to 7 not to create any hindrance in peaceful live of petitioners and their family members in village, Heerapur, police station Sahawar, district Kasganj. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel pointed out that, for providing security, there exists a committee known as the District Level Security Committee, and for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner may approach the said Committee. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Level Security Committee along with a certified copy of this order within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, the Committee is directed to decide the same in accordance with law, within a maximum period of six weeks thereafter. 6.
