With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is heard finally. 2. The limited grievance of the petitioner by way of this petition filed under section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is that the petitioner seek appropriate directions with respect to Criminal Proceedings going on before the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur C.G. in complaint case no. 6020/2022 wherein criminal proceedings with respect to dishonor 2 of cheque bearing no. 000481 dated 13.09.2022 drawn amounting to Rs. 20,00,000/-. The proceedings have been going on for more than two years, despite the fact that cases involving dishonour of cheques are required to be disposed of on an urgent basis. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays this Court to allow the criminal miscellaneous petition and may direct the learned Trial Court to decide the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of passing of the order by this Court. 4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and also looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed to make all endeavors to conclude the proceedings pending before the trial court within a year from today, if no legal impediment. 5.
