In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the compliance affidavits of opposite party nos. 3 and 4, i.e., the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia and the Director of Secondary Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj disclosing that the amount due to the applicants as referred in the order dated 24.02.2025 has been sanctioned for payment to the applicants. It has been stated by Shri R.K. Ojha, the Standing Counsel that the amount shall be credited in the account of the applicants by today evening. Necessary documents in support of the aforesaid contentions made in the affidavit have also been annexed with the affidavit of opposite party no. 3. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notices are discharged. It is clarified that in case, the amount as stated in the affidavits of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 is not credited in the account of the applicants within 24 hours, the applicants shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order or file a fresh contempt application.
