The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 32(3), 41(1), 41(2), 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. Total 1296 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a container, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. 4.
