Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.3/Additional District Magistrate (Finance), Prayagraj should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the Impleadment Application dated 27.3.2024 filed in Case No.202162030006969 of 2021 (Bank of Baroda vs. Patel Cold Storage and others) of the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.3/Additional District Magistrate (Finance), prayagraj is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the Impleadment Application dated 27.3.2024 filed in Case No.202162030006969 of 2021 (Bank of Baroda vs. Patel Cold Storage and others) of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
