As per the judgment, the 1st respondent herein was directed to conduct an inspection in the poultry farm of the 2nd respondent, to verify whether all the conditions prescribed in the license and consent are complied with. It was also directed that, in case there is non-compliance of the conditions, the 1st respondent shall take appropriate steps. 2. It is reported that, based on the said directions, a notice was issued to the 2nd respondent herein, which is challenged by the 2nd respondent in W.P.C No. 40220 of 2024 and the said writ petition is admitted and this Court passed an interim order on 25.02.2025 staying the said order.
