By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to conduct fair and proper investigation in the FIR dated 10.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No.199 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Inchauli, District Meerut. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter charge sheet dated 24.2.2024 has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
