By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants his representation dated 30.06.2025 to be decided by respondent no.2. 3. On perusal of the representation, we find that the petitioner is complaining against unauthorized encroachment made upon his land by respondent nos.4 to 6. 4. In our considered view, the remedy available to the petitioner is to apply for recovery of possession through a civil suit and accordingly we decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to apply for a common remedy, if so advised.
