The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419/420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B)/ 66(C)/ 66(D)/ 84 (C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber case, Deoghar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7524 of 2024 by order dated 03.12.2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months. On 26.06.2024, Deoghar town police, on the basis of confidential information raided a place near railway line at Kasya and apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons. Mobile phones and Sim Cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2024 and similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber case, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
