By the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking directions towards the SDO (Revenue) to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner i.e. Annexure P-1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No. 5 to 7 have demolished the house constructed by the petitioner over the government without adhering to the due procedure of law. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 30.01.2025 before the SDO (Revenue) seeking action against the respondent No. 5 to 7 and seeking compensation from the said respondents. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the representation has been filed on 30.01.2025 and is still pending before the SDO (Revenue), the same will be considered and decided in 3 accordance with law in stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents filed along with the petition. 5. Perusal of the documents shows that a representation has been filed before the SDO (Revenue) dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P- 1). Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, SDO (Revenue) is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
