On account of certain marital disputes, the 2nd respondent has filed a complaint and after investigation, the police have filed a charge sheet. The same has been taken on file as C.C.No.4457 of 2022, on the file of the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are living separately and that the petitioners have never interfered with the marital issues. That apart, the allegations 2 against the petitioners are vague. It is further submitted that even as per the statement of the de facto complainant, there are no specific allegations against the petitioners. 3. Considering the above, the criminal petition is disposed off, with the following observations. a) The presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with, subject to the condition of the petitioners submitting an undertaking to the learned IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City, undertaking to appear as and when required by the learned IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City, for the purpose of trial/examination. 4. With this observation, the criminal petition is disposed off.
