JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI Digitally signed by MEGHA MOHAN Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26374 WP No. 14593 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER WHEREFORE, the petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to: a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the learned trial judge i.e., I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, to dispose of the petition in G&WC.No.60/2024 produced at Annexure - A & B as expeditiously as possible; b) Pass such other direction/s, order/s as deemed fit to pass under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent is not co-operating with G&WC.No.60/2024 proceedings. Hence, there shall be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible. 3. This Court is not able to consider the said request made by the petitioner. This G&WC is of the year 2024 and there cannot be a direction to dispose of the matter. If it is the case of the petitioner that the respondent is not appearing before the Family Court, the petitioner can file an appropriate application and the Court will consider the same. Hence, this Court finds no merits in this petition. In that view of the matter this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. ii.
