According to the applicants/plaintiffs, they filed a main Suit for relief of partition. One of the properties is situated outside the Jurisdiction of the Court and all other properties are situated within the Jurisdiction of the Court. Therefore, they filed this application. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, one of the items of the Suit properties is situated outside the Jurisdiction of the Court and the substantial part of the cause of action arose within the Jurisdiction of the Court, this application is allowed. Leave is granted. 4.
