Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Hardev Prajapati, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4. 2. In compliance of the previous order dated 27.08.2025, the petitioner, Sandhya (corpus) has been produced before this Court by lady constable namely, Shanti (310), PNO-162280627, Police Station-Kasganj, District-Kasganj. 3. On a pointed query raised by this Court as to whether she has been illegally detained by respondent no. 4, Akash, she states that she has solemnized marriage with respondent no. 4 Akash s/o Late Asharfi Lal on 26.11.2024 and they are presently residing at Summer Singh Gali, Nathuram Mohalla Kot, Post Office & Police Station-Kasganj, District-Kasganj. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of guardian of Sandhya (corpus) has raised apprehension about the well being of Sandhya (corpus) and stated that her guardian i.e. mother of the corpus would not be deprived of telephonic conversation and visiting the place of residence of corpus. 5. In view thereof, it is further directed that the respondent no. 4, Akash shall provide his contact number and place of residence to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Archana, Mani Kant Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Sandhya .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Ms. Savitri Devi wife of late Kalicharan resident of 455, Sindhora, District Varanasi and would also intimate immediately as and when any further change in contact number and place of residence takes place. 6.
