Joydon Haflongbar who have filed this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer for bail in connection with Borlangfer Police Station Case No. 06/2024 ( GR No.315/2024) under Sections 140(2)/61(2)/308(4)/103(1)/238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. D.P. Goswami for the respondent State. 3. It is submitted that Case Diary is received but Charge Sheet has not been submitted against the petitioners. The petitioners are behind the bars for 91 Page No.# 3/3 days since 24.12.2024. It is also submitted that statutory period has already elapsed. 4. I have considered the length of detention. 5. Considering all the aspects, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. The petitioners named above shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- each with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Karbi Anglong, Diphu. 7.
