learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed O.S.No.859 of 2017, on the file of the VI Senior Civil Judge, Vishakhapatnam, against the respondent Nos.4 It is submitted that the learned judge has granted an injunction restraining respondent Nos.4 and 5 from interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property. It is submitted that the property bearing No.9- 34-1/1 on plot No.147, Pithapuram Colony, Vishakhapatnam, is the subject of the suit schedule property. The respondents are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners, though and

2 there is an order of injunction passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vishakhapatnam. In this regard, the petitioners have submitted a representation to the 3'^'^ respondent, but the 3 rd respondent has not acted on it.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the petitioners' representation is undated and does not appear any endorsement. Considering the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the writ petition, by directing the petitioners to submit a proper representation to the 3'"'^ respondent. The 3'"'^ respondent
3. shall take necessary action in accordance with law if the petitioners submit such a representation. With these observations, the writ petition is
disposed off.
4. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall SDl- N.NAGAMMA ASSISTANT REGISTRAR stand closed.
