When there was a dispute between the parties with regard to certain payments etc. a first information report was lodged by the respondent no. 4, Sunil Shukla, against the petitioners on 10.8.2024 and this had given rise to Case Crime No. 58 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station - Feelkhana, District - Kanpur Nagar. 2. Finding that there is some dispute with regard to certain transactions between the parties, the High Court had, by its order dated 4.9.2024 remitted the mater to the Mediation Centre. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the medication successfully ended in a mediation agreement which was drawn by the Mediators on 28.2.2025 whereby certain settlements were recorded in paragraph no. 7 of the settlement. Paragraph 7 of the settlement is being reproduced here as under:- "7. पकककरर कक मधय मम ननमनलललखत समझझतक समपन हहआ हह। क. यह नक पकककरर नक आपसस सहमनत सक अपनक नववकद कक पहलक हस ससलझक ललयक हह इस सनदरर मम उनहरनक एक समझझतकनकमक नदनकनक 23.01.2025 पसतसत नकयक हह तथक समझझतकनकमक मम नदयक गयक सरस नववरणर कक दकहरकतक हहए यह कथन नकयक हह नक उनहकनक अपनक नववकद कक ससलझक ललयक हह तथक समझझतकनकमक मक नदयक गयक सरस तथय मकनय हह। उपरकक समझझतकनकमक नदनकनक 23.01.2025 इस समकझझतक कक सकथ सनलग हह जक नक इस समझझतक कक एक रकग हकगक। ख. यह नक पकककरर नक यह रस कथन नकयक हह नक उनकक मधय मककन ननबर 26/72 एवन 26/72A, नबरहनक रकड, ककनपसर नगर कक बकवत अब ककई लकन- दकन/दकवक/ मकनग शकष नहस रहकगक। ग. यह नक पकककरर कक मधय यह रस तय हहआ हह नक शस ससनसल शसकलक ( पनतवकदस सन. 4) कक नकसस रस तरसकक सक ककई आपलत नहस हकगस यनद इस समझझतक कक पककश मम मकननसय उचच नयकयकलय Criminal Misc. As per the paragraph no. 7(gha), the parties had bring to an end all the civil and criminal cases and, therefore, to inform the Court that all the cases have been brought to an end, a Supplementary Affidavit dated 20.4.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.
