1. Heard Mr. Suresh Tandon, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. S.S. Ubeja, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set-aside/quash the FIR No. 492/2020 registered by the police station Saraipali, District Mahasamund, and acquit the petitioner from the charges in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners do not want to press the press petition, as the matter has been compromised between the parties and the same has become infructuous.
4. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners is not disputed by the counsel appearing for the respondents.
