The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 04.08.2023, motorcycle of the informant parked in his courtyard and a mobile phone werestolen away by unknown persons. 4. From impugned order, it appears that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It further appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, Special P.P. has submitted that out of five witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is under the progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
