Per contra, learned AGA opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that apart from the present case applicant is having criminal history of about 31 cases but could not dispute the fact that it is a case of no injury and no police personal sustained any injury and applicant is in jail in the present matter for last almost ten months. 10. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case. 11.
However, from the record it reflects that apart from the present case, applicant is having criminal history of about 30 cases but as far as merit of the present case is concerned, admittedly, it is a case of no injury. 12. Further, entire criminal history of the applicant has been explained in the supplementary affidavit dated 7.2.2025 filed in support to the instant bail application. 13.
