2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

As per allegation, when the informant’s father and mother were returning home, in the way, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons, equipped with bamboo, lathi, rod, etc. surrounded them and assaulted them. Further, co- accused Kinu Thakur @ Prem Singh inflicted bamboo blow on his father whereas co-accused Kundan Thakur assaulted him with iron rod, due to which, blood was oozing from his mouth
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1007 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 and nose. Thereafter, the petitioner and co-accused Priti Kumari assaulted his mother and made her badly injured.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. She is a lady of clean antecedent and there is no specific allegation of assault against her.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
