After some arguments, the learned counsel for applicants submits that the applicants do not wish to press the present application. Therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Learned A.G.A. for State-opposite party No. 1 and Mr. Satish Kumar Mishra, the learned counsel representing first informant-opposite party No. 2 have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for applicants. 4.
