It is submitted that the 2nd 2 petitioner never stayed with the 1st petitioner and the 2nd respondent however, she has been arraigned as an Accused. 2. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the relations with regard to the involvement of the petitioners are stated in the statements of the visited witnesses. 3. This Court considering the same, and without going into merits, deems it appropriate to dispose of the quash petition dispensing with the presence of the 2nd petitioner in C.C.No.2508 of 2023, subject to the 2nd petitioner submitting an undertaking before the Additional Judicial Civil Judge-Cum-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Peddapuram to appear as and when required. 4.
