This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for quashing of entire proceedings, including N.B.W. dated 06.11.2013, of Session Trial No.331 of 2013 (State Vs. Anil Kumar Gupta and others), arising out of Case Crime No.232 of 2012, under Section 398 I.P.C., Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, pending before the Court of Additional District and Session Judge-22, Allahabad. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and applicant is willing to appear before the Court concerned and a direction may be made to the Court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/ surrenders before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided by the court concerned expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the application under Section 528 BNSS is disposed of.
