As per the office notes, it transpires to this Court that one Soni Devi has moved earlier before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14770 of 2024 in which anticipatory bail was granted to her. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Soni Devi wife of Munshi Rai has taken benefit of interpolating the present petitioner’s name as Soni Devi @ Soni Kumari W/o Sunil Ram. Counsel further submits that it is not the petitioner’s mistake, it is the mistake done by Soni Devi W/o Munshi Rai. 4. From the record, it transpires that it is the second bail application filed by the Soni Devi W/o Sunil Ram, therefore, the second bail application is not maintainable.
