This matter has been listed at the instance of the learned Advocate representing the petitioner seeking the following corrections of an order dated 28.08.2025:- i) In paragraph 9 of the aforesaid order, the word B.L.&L.R.O. should be replaced with ‘Block Development Officer’. ii) In the same paragraph the date ‘3rd August, 2010’ should be replaced with ‘3rd August, 2018’. 2. Since the aforesaid mistakes are apparent and ministerial in nature, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out and to issue certified copy accordingly. 3.
