A sale certificate in respect thereof was executed. Mr. V.Prasad, learned Government Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 3, 6 and 7 and Mr.Dhinesh, learned Government Counsel (Criminal Side), accepts notice for respondents 4 and 5. 3. The Official Liquidator has filed a report and supplementary report. While these reports referred to the execution of the sale certificate after excluding the lands in Karatheneri Village, the reports do not throw light on whether physical possession was handed over to the applicant. The Official Liquidator is directed to take necessary steps to enable physical possession being handed over to the applicant of lands in S.No.275/B and 285 of the extent of 5.55 acres and 3.21 acres, respectively. The revenue and police officials are directed to extend necessary assistance to enable the same. 4.
