The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 310(2) and 205 of B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri A. K. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Madhupur. On 05.01.2025, unknown persons, in police uniform came to the house of the informant and looted Rs.10,000/-, mobile phones and other documents from there. During the course of investigation, petitioners were apprehended and it appears that three looted mobile phones were recovered from their possession. It was submitted that petitioners have not been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that petitioners are in custody since 07.01.2025. It was further submitted that petitioners have mobile repairing shop. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
