1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 16.07.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P(C) No.379 of 2024.
3. It appears from the order dated 02.07.2025 passed in the present proceeding that on that day, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has undertaken that the amount of Rs.12,816/- would be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
4. In compliance of the said order, a show-cause dated 14.07.2025 has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties wherein at para-7 it has been asserted that the opposite parties have duly made the payment of Rs.12,816/- to the petitioner which has been credited into the account of the petitioner on 10.07.2025 and no further grievance survives on this account. In support of the same a photo copy of the payment advice has been appended therewith as Annexure-A.

5. Mr. Ankit Kumar, the learned AC to SC-I appearing for the opposite parties has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the view that after payment of Rs.12,816/- to the petitioner, nothing survives in the present contempt case.
7. Accordingly, the instant contempt case is closed and disposed of, as such. (Sujit Narayan Prasad, A.C.J.)
