2. The appellant had filed the present appeal with the following prayer :
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the appeal by setting aside the order dated 28/11/2024 passed in W.P. (C) No. 545/2016 passed by Hon'ble Single Bench (Annex.- A/1), in the interest of the justice. Any other suitable relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted in favour of the appellant.”
3. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2024, the State Transport Appellate Tribunal has already passed an order on 25.02.2025 and further remanded the case to the Regional Transport Authority, Bastar. As such, this matter has become infructuous.
