BAIL APPLICATION No. - 29246 of 2025 Court No. - 67 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-On the matter being taken up, learned A.G.A. pointed out that in paragraph 19 of the affidavit filed in support of this bail application, the applicant has mentioned that apart from three cases shown against him in the gang-chart, he has no other criminal history, whereas, the correct fact is that apart from the cases against the applicant shown in the gang-chart, he has a criminal history of three other criminal cases, which reads as under :- (i) Case Crime No. 198 of 2017, U/s 25 Arms Act, P.S. Rohta, District Meerut. (ii) Case Crime No. 205 of 2023, U/s 379, 411 I.P.C. and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, P.S. Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar. (iii) Case Crime No. 08 of 2025, U/s 3/25 Arms Act, P.S. Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar. 2-In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application with better particulars. 3-Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. 4-In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 5-Office is directed to return the certified copy of the documents, if any, to the counsel for the applicant after retaining the xerox copy of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shivanshu Singh, U.C. Chaturvedi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
