The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, corresponding to S.T. Case No.95 of 2023, for the offence registered under Sections 342 & 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikela. On 18.03.2023 at about 6:00 a.m., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the elder brother of the informant Pancham Gope, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that deceased was apprehended while he was committing theft of battery of his tractor, due to which, he was assaulted. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikela, in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, corresponding to S.T. Case No.95 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
