JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 09-04-2025 All these cases i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 1498/2025, Cr. Misc. No. 3617/2025, Cr. Misc. No. 5845 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 8966 of 2025 are arising from the same P.S. Case i.e., Naya Bhojpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024. Hence, all these applications are being heard together and are being decided by a common order. 2. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Naya Bhojpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 25(1-AA), 26 & 35 of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1498 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 3/3 Arms Act. 4. As per the prosecution case, the informant has received an information that a mini gun factory is running illegally in the house of one Birendra Kumar Srivastava. 5. All the accused persons including these petitioners (in all cases) were caught in the arm factory being run by Birendra Kumar Srivastava. The petitioners are in custody since 01.09.2024. 6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these applications for regular bail stand dismissed.
