The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 362 of 2025, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 28.07.2025 by which the learned Magistrate took cognizance under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of I.P.C., Police Station- Surajpur, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Gautam Buddha Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ anticipatory bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
