Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to prepare the Joint Eligibility List of all contractual employees working in the Nagar Palika Parishad Jaspur in terms of Rule 6 of the Regularization Rules, 2013. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the Joint Eligibility List to be prepared in terms of Rule 6 of the Regularization Rules, 2013. iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner on the post of Paryavaran Mitra (i;kZoj.k fe=) in the office of the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad Jaspur. iv. Issue any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. v. Award the cost of the Writ Petition to the present petitioner. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 20.02.2017, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1117 of 2016, Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others; and connected cases, which was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court on16.06.2025, in SPA No.243 of 2017, Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Jaspur and Another Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others; and connected cases. Learned counsel for all the respondents admit this fact. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 20.02.2017, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1117 of 2016, Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others; and connected cases, which was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court on16.06.2025, in SPLA No.243 of 2017, Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Jaspur and Another Vs.
