JUSTICE SOUMITRA SAIKIA ORDER Date : 21/02/2025 Pursuant to the order dated 17/02/2025, Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, SSA, Assam, submits that the tender which is the subject matter of challenge in the present proceeding, has been cancelled by the concerned authority. He has produced a copy of the order dated 18/02/2025 passed by the Mission Director, Samagra Siksha, Assam, whereby, the tender no. GEM/2024/B/4693414 dated 01/03/2024 has been cancelled. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. The same stands dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Needless to say that any grievance of the petitioner remain un-redressed, he is at liberty to approach this Court again. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
