1. Alleging deficiency of service in releasing the petitioner’s claim under an insurance policy, the present writ petition has been preferred.
2. Mr. Singh, learned Advocate representing the Insurance Company submits that the petitioner’s claim has been repudiated by the insurerer. The documents as produced by Mr. Singh is taken on record.
3. In view thereof, the present writ petition is not maintainable due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy before the Consumer Forum.
4. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the justifiability of the letter repudiating the petitioner’s claim for further benefit under an insurance policy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
5. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.
