(b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing 1st and 2nd Respondents to call for records i.e., internal, external and answer paper marks sheet of the child as asked in vide annexure-D dated 04.08.2025 as expediously as possible in the interest of justice and equity. (c) Issue such other orders as the petitioners are entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case, including the cost of the proceedings in the interest of the justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the various contentions urged by respondent No.1 in the Statement of Objections and the documents produced by respondent No.1, the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file fresh petition - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44206 WP No. 26775 of 2025 seeking appropriate prayers by approaching this Court subsequently. 3.
