Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the fifth respondent. The respondents have filed their counter. 4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though complaint was made to the respondents 1 to 4 on 16.08.2024 to take appropriate action as against the fifth respondent, the respondents have not taken any action so far. The fourth respondent herein/the jurisdictional Station House Officer is directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity to both the the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass orders in accordance with law. 6.
