Madhu wife of Rajan before this Hon'ble Court, from Nari Niketan Jag Shanti Home, situated at Gama-I, Police Station Beta-II, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, to record her statement, before this Hon'ble Court, and kindly set free the corpus with her liberty, in the interest of justice." 4. On 02.09.2024, a detailed order was passed which also contained that the Superintendent of Nari Niketan concerned is directed to release the detenue forthwith and submit a report. 5.
