JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following reliefs: 1) Call for the records from the respondents pertaining to impugned office order dated 01.09.2025 by respondent No.2. 2) Issue a writ or order quashing the impugned office order dated 01.09.2025 bearing No.MEI/VyaNi/UuVya (Appellate Authority & Maaa.Sam) 2025-26/173 issued by the 2nd respondent (Annexure-F) and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in his present post, in the interest of justice. 3) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Brief facts, leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows: The petitioner appointed to the post of Supplier in the respondent-Company on 21.08.2014. The petitioner was posted to the Planning Department vide Office Order - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45641 WP No. 28316 of 2025 dated 14.07.2020. The respondent promoted the petitioner to the post of Fitter Grade-3 in the respondent- Company vide Office Order dated 09.12.2020. He continued in the cadre of Fitter Grade-3 with increments at regular intervals. The petitioner on 01.09.2025 was displaced from his post of Fitter Grade-3 from Planning (Industrial Engineering) Department where he is currently working and is directed to be posted as Fitter Grade-3 in Pre Treatment Plant Painting (Production) Department. Till date, the petitioner has not been relieved from his post as Fitter Grade-3 Planning (Industrial Engineering) Department. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent is assigning the petitioner to paint Pre Treatment plant. 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 filed a memo by undertaking that the petitioner will not be assigned any work of Painting in the Department/Section - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45641 WP No. 28316 of 2025 Painting Pre Treatment Plant, but will be assigned with Fitter Grade work. 4. In view of the memo filed by the respondents, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as having become infructuous. 6.
