In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 22.06.2020 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.1 calling for the petitioner to vacate the property in question. 3. It is submitted by Sri. Veeresh R. Budihal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1, by inviting the attention to the Agreement of Lease dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure-B) that, the lease period as reflected is for three years and on expiry of the lease - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46234 WP No. 9455 of 2020 period the respondent-authorities have taken possession of the property in question. The submission was not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, challenging the order dated 22.06.2020 at Annexure-A does not arise.
