University, Tirupati. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioners as well. This Written Instruction is taken on record. The Written Instruction would indicate that the examination would be held from 2^^ week of March. It is also stated that for this purpose, the University is once again required to issue fresh Notification, indicating the schedule for the examination, which would be done in the due course. Having noted the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to issue fresh Notification by the end of the current week, duly informing all the students with regard to the conduct of the examinations from 17.03.2025 onwards. This date is being fixed by the Court with a view that the students also would have advance information and also to enable them to prepare for the examinations. On the request made by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners that the examination centres shall not be changed and the same centres, as notified earlier, shall be continued, Sri Butta Vijaya Bhasker, learned Standing Counsel for the University as well as Sri Ramachandra Rao Gurram, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education would submit that the examination centres will not be changed. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
