District Haridwar to any other police station or to any other investigating agency. 4. Learned State Counsel passed on to this Court written instruction dated 24.04.2025, which is taken on record. On the basis of said instruction, learned State Counsel submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against Anshul @ Gandhi and challane report has been submitted against Gaurav Salar, Dikshit Saini and Aakash (being minors), on 04.03.2025. 2025:UHC:6549 5.
