1. Learned State Counsel has submitted that in compliance to the
order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, a detailed speaking
order has been passed which has been handed over to the Court during the course of arguments and is taken on record and marked as Mark “A” and a copy of the same has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order and has submitted that the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
