Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as for the Bank have been heard on the question of admission and also for final disposal. 2. The prayer made in this petition is for a direction to the respondent-Bank to release the remaining amount of cash credit limit to the ₹ tune of 1 crore, which according to the petitioner was wrongly marked as lien, despite the petitioner having completed all formalities as per sanction letter dated 25.10.2024 (Annexure P-1). 3. There is a serious dispute as to whether condition No.11 of the sanction letter (Annexure P-1) has been complied with by the petitioner or not. The petitioner has made various representations to this effect vide Annexures P-6 and P-7, which have not been responded to by the respondent-Bank. 5. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the present petition with a direction to the respondent- Bank to consider the grievance of the petitioner with a view to resolve the matter by deciding the representation(s) and passing a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the receipt of copy of this order. 6.
