The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to quash the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No.03/2024 (State Vs. Faheemuddin) in which cognizance was taken by court concerned vide order dated 12.6.2025 in charge sheet/final report dated 21.4.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0009 of 2024, under Section 61(1) BNS and Section 7 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Prayagraj Vigilance Establishment, District Prayagraj pending in the court of Special Court No.2, Varasnasi. 3. After some argument learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the instant application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to claim discharge before the trial court at appropriate stage. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 6.
